Welcome to Quickwise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quickwise platform, website, WhatsApp bot, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using Quickwise, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

01About Quickwise

Quickwise is an AI-powered career assistance platform that helps students and job seekers discover relevant job opportunities, receive personalized job alerts, optimize resumes, and access career-related tools. Quickwise may provide: • AI-powered job matching • WhatsApp job alerts • Resume analysis and optimization • Career insights and recommendations • Recruiter and job posting tools • Educational and career guidance features Quickwise does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/legal guardian to use Quickwise. By using the Services, you confirm that: • The information you provide is accurate • You will not misuse the platform • You will comply with applicable laws and regulations

03User Access and Profile Information

To use certain Quickwise features, users may voluntarily provide: • Phone number • Resume or career-related information • Job preferences, skills, and career interests Quickwise uses this information to personalize job recommendations, career insights, and platform features. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and lawful. Quickwise is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, resumes, certifications, documents, and uploaded content are accurate, truthful, lawful, and up to date. Quickwise does not independently verify user-submitted information and shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, fraudulent claims, misleading information, impersonation, or unlawful content uploaded by users.

04Job Listings and Opportunities

Quickwise displays job opportunities and career-related content to help users discover relevant opportunities. Quickwise: • Does not own all job listings shown on the platform • Does not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, or availability of listings • Is not responsible for third-party hiring decisions • Is not responsible for recruiter behavior or employer conduct Users should independently verify opportunities before applying. Recruiters, employers, and hiring organizations using Quickwise are independent third parties and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Quickwise. Quickwise is not responsible for recruiter conduct, employer actions, hiring decisions, interview processes, salary negotiations, workplace disputes, employment outcomes, or third-party misuse of candidate information. Job Alerts Quickwise may send you job alerts for opportunities that match your preferences. If no suitable jobs are identified or available during an alert cycle, you may not receive an alert. Notification Delivery Disclaimer Quickwise does not guarantee the delivery, timing, receipt, accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job alert, WhatsApp message, email, SMS, notification, or other communication. Delivery may be delayed, interrupted, filtered, blocked, or fail due to third-party providers, network issues, device settings, technical limitations, service outages, platform restrictions, or other factors beyond Quickwise's control.

05AI Features Disclaimer

Quickwise uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide recommendations, resume analysis, career insights, and personalized job matching. AI-generated outputs may: • Contain inaccuracies • Be incomplete • Require human review • Change over time Users should not rely solely on AI-generated content for career or employment decisions. AI-generated recommendations, resume analysis, rankings, and insights are automated outputs generated using machine-learning systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all situations. Users should independently verify important career, hiring, or employment-related decisions.

06Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain Quickwise features may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans may include: • Free Plan • Pro Plan • Career Pro Plan Features and pricing may change at any time. By purchasing a subscription: • You authorize applicable payment charges • You agree to recurring billing where applicable • You acknowledge that taxes or platform fees may apply Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. Quickwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Subscription Management Users are responsible for managing, modifying, or cancelling their subscriptions and AutoPay settings through the applicable payment provider or platform. Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle users to refunds for payments already processed, except where required by applicable law.

07WhatsApp and Communication Consent

By using Quickwise, you consent to receive: • Job alerts • Career notifications • Resume-related updates • Product and feature updates • Service-related communications Messages may be delivered through WhatsApp, Email, SMS, or Push notifications. Users may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Standard messaging or data charges from your mobile carrier may apply.

08User Content

Users may upload resumes, text, profile details, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Quickwise a limited license to: • Process and analyze content • Improve platform functionality • Generate recommendations and insights • Operate the Services • Share relevant candidate profiles or resumes with recruiters or hiring organizations for potential employment opportunities Quickwise does not sell personal resumes or confidential user information to unauthorized third parties. Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

09Prohibited Conduct

By using Quickwise, you agree NOT to: • Send abusive, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit messages • Use offensive or obscene language while interacting with Quickwise • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass Quickwise’s AI system • Send messages designed to override or ignore Quickwise’s instructions • Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose • Impersonate any person, company, or entity • Spam or flood Quickwise with repeated meaningless messages • Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services • Submit fraudulent or misleading information • Scrape or copy platform data without authorization • Upload fake resumes or impersonate others • Post fraudulent job opportunities • Use automated bots or scraping systems • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems • Abuse recruiter or candidate data • Circumvent platform security measures Quickwise may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10Moderation & Enforcement

Quickwise uses an automated content moderation system to detect violations of these Terms. The following enforcement policy applies: Strike 1 — Warning Your message will be flagged and you will receive a warning from Quickwise after 4 initial minor violations. No restrictions are applied yet. Strike 2 — Temporary Suspension (24 Hours) Your account will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours. You will not be able to use Quickwise during this period. Post-Suspension Warning (After Suspension is Lifted or Expires) Your first violation after suspension receives a Final Warning. A subsequent violation will result in a permanent block. Strike 3 — Permanent Block Your account will be permanently blocked from Quickwise. All features will be disabled. Note: High severity violations — such as sexual content, hate speech, or attempts to manipulate Quickwise’s AI — may result in an immediate permanent block without prior warnings. Spam is actively monitored and participates in the strike system. Quickwise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently block any account at any time for violations of these Terms. 11No Refunds for Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or permanently blocked due to a violation of these Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any active or unused subscription period, including: • Pro plan (₹99/month) • Career Pro plan (₹199/month) • AutoPay subscriptions By purchasing a Quickwise plan, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription is subject to these Terms, and that abusive or prohibited behavior forfeits your right to a refund. If you believe your block was issued in error, you may appeal by emailing appeal@quickwise.co. Refund eligibility will be reviewed only if the appeal results in a successful unblock.

12Appeals

If you believe your account was blocked or suspended in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing: appeal@quickwise.co Please include your WhatsApp number (with country code) in your appeal email. We will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days. Quickwise's decision on appeals is final.

13Feedback, Reports & Appeals

Users may submit feedback, abuse reports, or account appeal requests through the Quickwise Contact & Support form available at forms.quickwise.co. Feedback Users may share general feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or appreciation through the feedback form. Submissions are voluntary and may be used to improve the platform. Reporting Abuse Users may report abusive behavior, spam, inappropriate content, or fraudulent activity by submitting a report through the forms page. Quickwise will review reports within 2–3 business days. Submission of a report does not guarantee any specific outcome or action. Account Appeals If your account has been suspended or permanently blocked, you may submit an appeal through the appeal form at forms.quickwise.co. Appeals are reviewed within 3–5 business days. You must provide your WhatsApp number (with country code) to locate your account. Quickwise's decision on appeals is final. Quickwise reserves the right to decline or dismiss submissions that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.

14Privacy

Quickwise may collect and process certain information, including profile information, resume data, usage analytics, device/browser information, and communication preferences. Data may be used to improve personalization, enhance recommendations, improve platform performance, analyze usage trends, and prevent abuse and fraud. For more details, please refer to the Quickwise Privacy Policy.

15Intellectual Property

The Quickwise brand, platform, design, software, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy platform functionality, reproduce branding, redistribute proprietary content, or create unauthorized derivative works without written permission.

16Service Availability

Quickwise may modify features, add or remove functionality, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend services without prior notice. Quickwise does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Quickwise is currently under active development. Certain features, services, or functionalities may be modified, limited, temporarily unavailable, or introduced in future updates at Quickwise's discretion.

17Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickwise and its operators shall not be liable for: • Job application outcomes • Employment decisions • Missed opportunities • Data loss • Service interruptions • Third-party actions • Indirect or consequential damages Use of the platform is at your own risk.

18Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quickwise, its operators, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from: • User-submitted content or resumes • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity • Violation of third-party rights • Misuse of the Services • Disputes between users, recruiters, employers, or third parties • Unauthorized use of another person's information or documents Quickwise reserves the right to take appropriate legal or technical action in response to violations, misuse, abuse, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity associated with the Services.

19Platform Role Disclaimer

Quickwise operates solely as a technology platform that assists users with career-related tools, job discovery, resume analysis, and recruitment-related features. Quickwise is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment consultant, or hiring decision-maker unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quickwise does not directly employ candidates, guarantee employment opportunities, or participate in final hiring decisions made by recruiters, employers, or organizations.

20Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Quickwise or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.

21Termination

Quickwise may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if users violate these Terms, fraudulent activity is detected, abuse or misuse occurs, or as required by law or platform policies. Quickwise may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Services in cases involving suspected fraud, spam, fake recruiters, fake job postings, abusive behavior, unauthorized automation, scraping, platform misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or violations of platform policies. Users may discontinue use of Quickwise at any time.

22Changes to Terms

Quickwise may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
